Terms of Service

Your agreement
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tell Safety ("Tell," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Safety disclaimer
Tell Safety is not a law enforcement agency, emergency response service, medical service, or public safety authority. Do not use Tell as a substitute for contacting 911, campus police, local law enforcement, or emergency medical services. If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services immediately.
Community information
Users may submit safety-related observations, incidents, and concerns. Reports may be subjective and may not be independently verified. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Tell does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. Reports are for informational purposes only.
Acceptable use
Do not submit knowingly false reports, harass or threaten individuals, identify private individuals without consent, share doxxing information, promote violence, violate applicable laws, or post discriminatory or hateful content. Tell may remove content and suspend accounts.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and activities occurring under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.
Location and safety circles
Some features use geographic location data. By enabling location services, you consent to collection and processing of location information for safety-related features, and display of your location to users you specifically authorize. You may disable location sharing at any time. You are responsible for deciding whom to trust and authorize in your safety circle. Tell is not responsible for their actions.
Intellectual property
Tell Safety branding, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by Geospatial Enterprise, Inc. or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell Safety and Geospatial Enterprise, Inc. shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, criminal acts by third parties, decisions based on user-generated content, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies. Use of Tell Safety is at your own risk.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform features, submit fraudulent reports, or create safety risks for others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of Tell constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
