When enabled by you, location information may include current location, location history for active sessions, and shared locations. User content may include incident reports, uploaded photos, uploaded documents, and comments.
How we use information
We use information to provide safety services, facilitate location sharing, improve community safety data, detect abuse and fraud, improve platform functionality, and comply with legal obligations.
Public reports
Some information submitted through reports may be displayed publicly after review and moderation. Public reports may include generalized location, incident category, date range, and safety-related details. Personally identifiable information may be removed before publication.
Information sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted contacts you authorize, service providers supporting Tell, when legally required, or to prevent fraud or threats to safety.
Security
We employ reasonable security measures to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may access your information, update account details, delete content where permitted, and request account deletion. Contact tell@geo-ent.com for account or privacy requests. You may disable location sharing at any time.
Age requirements
Tell Safety is intended for users aged 13 years or older. Users under the age required by applicable law should not use the platform without appropriate consent.
